I, too, am searching for descendants of Mr. Keely. I'm currently preparing a book about the history of St. Joseph's Cathedral in Buffalo, New York, one of the many churches and cathedrals designed by Mr. Keely. I just finished reading a biography of the architect that was published in 1952. The author indicated that Mr. Keely's correspondence was passed on to one of his daughters (he and his wife had 17 children), but much of it was destroyed after the daughter died. I'm trying to find out if any of the correspondence remains, and if so, if any of it is pertinent to the cathedral in Buffalo. Any leads you might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
