Greetings, Terry, Bert, and All Other Keebler Kin,
Wonderful to hear!I share everything, unfortunately, it isn't all that much, but here goes.
I have not been ale to confirm the parents of my grandfather.I have not found him and siblings on census;however, I lived with him and my grandmother, Ida Valillia Wiggins Keebler and my info comes from grandmother and mother Altha Mae Keebler Prestridge. They told me that the sibings of Samuel Sylester were:
Ed
Travis
Alto (There was an Alto Keebler living in
Georgianna and married to a Miss
Bertha?.He was the nephew of
Samuel Keebler)
Bert
Lillian ( She was living in a suburb of
Birmingham, Jefferson County, Al.My
mother was uncertain of the spelling
of her married name-it appears, but
not yet proven- to have been Fallaw.
The children of Lillian were:Hattie
Mae, Gladys, Minnie Pearl, Clinton,
and Lewis)
Minnie
The wife of Samuel Sylvester Keeler was Ida Mae Wiggins. The mother of Ida Mae Wiggins was Angeline Elizabeth Fallaw,The Mother of Angeline Elizabeth Fallaw was Angeline Elizabeth Brogden.
There was a Fallaw who was foreman of the railroad.
I have also posted on the Wiggins Forum, and you may find info there.I have been really busy and fully intend to place the remainder of the marriage info on the message boards for us to share. Will appreciate anything you can tell me,and yes, I was able to get my scanner to make a photo of my wonderful grandfather from a very old negative.I don't yet know how to send info, but will learn, bear with me
Wonderful to hear, I thought that I was the very last of all lines.
My best to you all,
