My GGG-grandmother was Lavinia Scarlett Young, b. 1813 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England. I have come to the conclusion that her maiden name is not Young, but Keeble, and that she was a widow when she married my GGG-grandfather Samuel Powell in 1839.
Does anyone out there have any information about this family? Lavinia had at least two daughters - Laura Lavinia Powell and Rowena Angelina Powell (the latter is my GG-grandmother).
Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
