Keck surname

Is the surname Keck a derivative of KOH [accent mark over the O] WE have photo post cards from Germany--the last one sent in 1948 that are written in German. The town on the post card is Lhrarlottenburg, Winsetz, Germany, The post cards ended with the death of my Husband's grandparents since they were the only ones that could read them. Somehow this Koh family is related to the Schramm and Sidons, both from Germany. The Sidon Family settled in Warren, Pa. Any help appreciated.
