Alison,
My interest in this couple was from my Cuthbert line. However, it is probably a blind alley. I had an MI lookup for a Betsy Cuthbert, wife of Wm Keay in the Dundee Eastern Necropolis dated 9.6.1890 age 64. I was trying to see if this Besty might have been Elizabeth Cuthbert ch. 10 Sep 1827, Perth to John Cuthbert and Ann Taylor. My notes from 2002 indicate that I rejected any links but now cannot quite determine why/how I reached this conclusion. Do you have any info on Betsy Cuthbert that might clarify her birth or parentage? Would be happy to exchange what little I know. Thanks for posting.
