MarK: I shall be visiting Coolkenna (Aghowle Parish) in March, also looking for a James Kersey/Kearsey of yesteryear. My Kersey family married into Maud and Astleford families. Are we, perhaps, on the same trail? I hope to locate and hire the services of a County Wicklow genealogist while on this trip, with the idea that he or she may uncover names and locations my family can visit during a vacation next August. Cheers from Hal on Johnston Atoll hmaynard@jacads.com
