Israel Thomas Kearley's father, John A. Kearley, was born October 13, 1815 in S.C. to parents Josiah Kearley and Sarah Cannon, died June 6, 1902(Monroe Co., Ridge Cemetary, Peterman, AL). He married about 1839 to Susan Faulkenberry (b.1821, parents, Israel Faulkenberry and Tabitha Williams) . I think he was also married at one time to Susan's sister, Tabitha. His siblings were - John Miller b.June 13, 1859, d. April 17, 1927, m. Belle Simmons Feb. 22, 1884, Monroe Co.; Irvin or Irving James b.Nov. 23, 1861, d.May 3,1950, m. Fanny(ie) Belle Gaines or Ganis Nov.23, 1886, Monroe Co. ; William Manasseh b.Aug. 8, 1863, d.Nov. 3, 1896; Mary b. Sep.11, 1864, m. a Powell (possibly James T.), Andrew b.1845, and Joshua b. 1849.
