Hi:

My Grandfather Timothy Joseph Keane was from New York. But I don't think he was born that early - probably more like 1894-1900. I wonder if this could be his grandfather - except he was a Timothy Joseph Keane Sr. Do you know what the middle initial stands for? He was married to Mazie Gaire. Maybe we are in the same family tree?
