Missouri/USA Birth & Death data, free & searchable online

I forgot to add this information to my last post.

For those who are looking for Missouri/USA births and deaths---try this site.

It's fantastic and free. You can actually pull up some of the authentic death certificates for periods 1910-1956. And for the other certificates that are not on the site, you can request copies. The pre-1910 gives cause of death, place of birth, and some other data but not the image of the actual death certificate. I just wrote the archivist/s to see if I can request a copy of the death certificates for pre-1910. And I also asked if the 1906 death record will give the name of the surviving spouse and parents of the deceased.
