1900 Cedar, Lucas, Iowa census:

There is also a 1880 South Fork, Saline, Nebraska census listing David Kazebeer, his wife, Annie, and their children: Nellie 8, Sherman 7, William B. 5, Bennie 3, and Paul 2. This census also states that his dad is from Pennsylvania and his mother is from Germany.

Let me know if any of this is helpful, I do have a little more information on his wife Mariah, and daugher, Sarah.
