Maurice H. Kavanaugh Sr.
Maurice H. Kavanaugh Sr., 83, Corydon, died at 10:02 a.m., Saturday, July 15, 2000, at Redbanks nursing home.
He was a member of Corydon Missionary Baptist Church and Corydon Masonic Lodge No. 799. He was retired from Whirlpool Corp.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; two sons, Maurice H. Kavanaugh Jr. and Chris Kavanaugh, both of Corydon; two brothers, Mack Kavanaugh of Newburgh, Ind., and Charles Kavanaugh of Evansville; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. The Rev. Dwayne Southwood will officiate. Burial will be in Corydon Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today and until service time Monday at the funeral home.
