Looking for any family connections from the decendants of Morris and Catherine Kavanagh (nee Carrol) married at Valleymount Roman Catholic Church on 14/2/1812.
Children of this marriage baptised at the same church are as follows: Morris 12/2/1814, Michael 25/11/1816,
Lawrence 10/8/1826, Hugo 26/4/1829.
My direct connection is to Lawrence Kavanagh who married Bridget Miley, daughter of Michael and Sarah Miley, also of Valleymount Co Wicklow,at St. Marys Church St. Kilda, Melbourne, Victoria Australia on 4/8/1854.
Children of this marriage were: Maurice, Sarah, Catherine, John and Mary.
I believe some resided in the Queenstown New Zealand area.
My grandfather is John Kavanagh, he and his brother Maurice lived in the Beechworth, Silver Creek area of Victoria.
Any contact from decendants from this branch of the Kavanagh family would be greatly appreciated.
