Johannis Kauffmanns - St. Michaels Lutheran Church - Schwaebisch Hall

I am hoping that someone here might have additional info on a Johannis KAUFFMANN[s] (as the name is spelled in the OPR records from Germany) whose son Johann Alexander KAUFFMANN married Anna Martha BUEHLS on July 21, 1674 at St. Michaels (Lutheran church) in Schwaebisch Hall, Wurttemberg, Germany (So. Western Germany near the Black Forest and Rhine River area)
Alexander as the record shows his name more commonly and wife Anna had a son named Christoph (Christopher?) and Martin etc.. These name happen to be among our family line as well as Alexander, Simon, Andrew, John (which is think Johannis is the German form for). However, the kicker was when I noticed Christoph's middle name of Melchior. This is common in our line too. I also noticed that within this same batch from the IGI records was the surname of DERRICK which again is in our family line.
After doing some brief research, I believe this Might be some of our earliest ancestors before they immigrated to America.
Our last name is not spelled like this but a family member told us that it was the orign. spelling...Kauffman/Kauffmann and that the family came from Germany and that most likely the place was near the Rhine River and Black Forest.
Since St. Michael's church is in Wurttemberg, these folks from the IGI records seemed like a very possible good start.
If anyone has further info on these folks I would be Most greatful for any help. We are in the process now of doing a Ydna test (should be done in about a month...Hopefully) so will be back to let you know how it all turns out.
Thank you in advance for anything else.
