My mother was born in Pliadelphia, PA but was given up for adoption. I was able to find out that she was born a Katz on April 29, 1946. I could not find out anything more than this information besides the fact that her mother was over 30 years old when she was born.THe closed adoption rules from this time period does not allow me to find out more information.My mother was killed by a drunk driver in 1977 when she was 30 yrs old. I would love to find some maternal family.
