I'm afraid I don't have info that will help you yet, but perhaps we connect down the line. My Katz family (Anna, Avrum, Ruchel & Isadore) immigrated from Romania to New York in the early 1900's. Anna, my husband's, ancestor, married into the Lipken family and moved to Philadelphia. She was in Philly as early as 1909. They ran a candystore. Her sister Ruchel married into the Silverman Family. I don't know much about the brother's. Good Luck
