Hi Mindy,
I have not looked for your couple, but think I know of them. I will give you the family that is probably related to the Katterman line. I am trying to positively connect to Michael's daughter Catherine. He died in Maryland, just south of Berks County. I am also related to a cousin of Simon Keeseker in West Virginia, also just south of Pennsylvania.

Jacob Katterman married to Catherine Rith (married about 1745) or Rieth. She had previously married an Anspach. They lived in the Tulpehocken area. Catherine and Anspach had some children, but I know nothing of them.
which is now Berks County. One son was Michael that died in 1781. Jacob's
daughter Elizabeth was married to Simon Keeseker, son of Philip. He had
another son John.

Married by John Casper Stoever
1774 05 24: Engel Kissecker, Anna (Lebanon) Stoever, Johannes (Lebanon)

I believe it is his (John Casper Stoever's) son and she is related to Simon and Elisabeth Katterman Kiesecker.

Finally, I have seen a citation for your couple, that may have said they were married by Stoever, escapes me at the moment. I noticed because Pontious is a name quite familiar to me here in Michigan.

Do you know if your Pontius went to Ohio and or Indiana?

Regards,
Dan Fetters
