Rhineland Kapells 1700s to Present

I have been researching my Kapell family background in Germany and have traced this line back to Johann Jakob Kappel born before 1731 in either Wallhausen or Bad Kreuznach, Rhineland, Germany. Johann Jakob was married to Anna Christina Gross in Eisenschmitt and had at least four children all born there. From Eisenschmitt the family moved to Staudenhof/Ehlenz and to Waxweiler, Germany. If anyone is connected to these places, I will gladly share the data I have collected on the Kapells. Some alternative spellings are: Capel, Capell, Capello, Kappel, and Kappelle.
