Hi Lori. I'm not sure if this is the same family, but my great-grandmother was Stella Kaminski of Nanticoke (outside Wilkes-Barre in northeast PA). She had a brother named Frank, about which I know very little other than that he would have been born somewhere 1898-1908. If you'd like more info or think this might the same Frank you're looking for, please feel free to email me.
