Hi Allen,
My Kahn family includes Sol (Solomon) who married Fanny Fried or Freid. They were from the Berlin area of Germany (per oral history), and had at least one son, Dan or Daniel, a salesman type (early on horses, then clothing). Dan married M. Selig, a legal secretary, and they had 3 children: Adelheit Kahn (1911-1988), Rita Kahn (1914 - ) and Solomon Kahn (1917-?).
