I have not tried to follow this line back yet as I just got the document from Louisiana but it seems very possible that your Parmyre may be the grandmother of the one mentioned in my g-cousin's marriage record. It is (I think) an unusual name and both were in Mississippi. Have you done any other research...decendants, ancestors??? I is amazing how often Kahn's married Kahn's (no obvious relation to each other). Please let me know what you find and I'd love to know what else you have on your Pormyre..where was she from? who were her parents? Husband? children????
I look forward to hearing from you again.
You can email me directly if you want
