Daughter of John Kuechlin and a sister of Colonel Peter Kuechlin, who was a colonel of the "Flying Camp". The same which suffered so heavy losses in the Battle of Long Island. This may help to explain the presence of two Stouts, Joseph and Christian, in the battle, since they were on the forces under the command of their uncle who was taken prisoner in the battle.

Eva Elisabeth's son Joseph Staut was killed during the battle. Her other son Christian married Catherine Hahn and moved to Ohio.
Until I can prove otherwise, I have Eva as a half sister. Eva's stepmother would have been Anna Margaretha Hahn. Eva's also has a daughter named Anna Margaretha.
Several Hahns were Baptismal Sponsors for Eva's Children.
In Philadelphia the Will of Captain Peter Staudt, reported to be a brother of Eva's husband Peter Staut of Northampton Co,Pa, dated Feb 15, 1806. Witness, John Kachline.

Eva Elisabeth is the daughter of John Kuechle. Who lived in Oley Valley,Pa. John Kuechle then shows up as a Shoeneck Church member along with J Peter Stout in 1754. J Peter Stout was Warranted the land in Northampton Co, Pa in 1752.
Shoeneck Church Cemetery-
The inscription of the gravestone of Eva Elisabeth reads, " Eva Elisabeth Stout born Kuechlein, 20th March 1719 in Baden, departed 7th March 1791"
