Linda,
The Thurstons also settled in Verulam Township, Ontario in 1835/36. Two Thurstons descended from the brothers who originally came to Canada at that time (Bertha May and Lena) married Junkins (Wilfred Bruce Junkin and George Junkin respectively). These Thurstons are ancestors of mine and I would be interested in any information you might have on these families.
I have included more information in a similar response to Ron Junkin also found in this forum.
