I have a photocopy of a note that held three locks of hair which were sewn to a piece of paper.
Two of the names I can read but the third lock covers the first name of the owner of the 3rd lock of hair.
The note, with the locks, was found in a Bible which has now been donated by an aunt to the "Gentle House" Museum in Monmouth, Oregon ... I can only assume that the note is still in the Bible. (Our family has no connection to the Junkins ... so they must have been simply friends.)
Anyway, here is the information from the sheet of paper I have.
