Hey William. Do you have any other info on your Anton Junker. I recently discovered my Gpa, Tex O'Leile (AKA: Theodore Larry O'Leile) changed his name from Tex Junker to Tex O'Leile around 1934 in St Louis, MO. No one knows where he got the name O'Leile or why he changed it. His 1938 SS Application said his fathers name was Capt. John Anton O'Leile and Mary Ann O'Rouke. It's possible he replaced the last name and kept the first names accurate. Old family rumors suggested he lived with a Junker family in the 1930's but I never would have guest he changed his name from Junker to O'Leile. The one thing that never seems to change is his birth date, 8 July 1903 in Langtry TX.
