JUNG family, Eckweiler, Prussia 1860's and earlier.

Please could anyone help me with a look up in the Parish Registers for Eckweiler in Prussia, the IGI only gives baptisms and marriages up to 1798.
I am particularly looking for the baptisms of my great-grandfather Peter Jung who was born in Eckweiler on 10 November 1863 and his siblings, he had two brothers Heinrich who I think was older and Philip who I think was younger and a sister possibly called Maria Katharina or just Katharina. They were the children of Heinrich Jacob Jung and Anna Maria Charlotte (Theobald?).
Peter came to England in about 1879 and had a Bakers shop in Tooting, Surrey, he married Katharina Andrae, he was naturalised and died in Tooting on 10 April 1929. Heinrich also came to England, he married Wilhemina Henrietta Pilger. Heinrich was interned at Knockaloe Camp on the Isle of Man during WW1 and returned to Germany after the War. Philip went to Australia.
I would be extremely grateful if anyone could help me trace my Jung family backwards as far as possible in the records of Eckweiler.
I would also be delighted to hear of any descendents of this family.

Thank you for your help.
Kristina
