Charles V. Julius, Madison County, Indiana (1871-1899)

I am searching for information regarding Charles V. Julius, born September 4, 1871, probably in Tipton County, Indiana, and died sometime in 1899, probably in Elwood, Madison County, Indiana. According to the Anderson, Indiana, Public Library – Madison County Area Cemetery Database, Charles is buried in the City of Elwood Cemetery, but the Madison County Health Department does not have a death certificate recorded for him so I do not have a more precise date of death than the "1899" on his tombstone. Charles was one of the three sons of Jacob H. Julius from Jacob’s first marriage to Sarah Clark. His older brothers were George W. (b. 11/24/1867) and Benjamin (6/23/1869). Charles V. Julius married Rosetta Josephine Blackburn in 1892.

There was also a Charles Edward Julius living in Madison County, Indiana, at about the same time as Charles V. Julius; however, I am not searching for information on Charles E. Julius. In order to avoid confusion, Charles E. was born September 17, 1873 and died on October 24, 1906 and he, too, is buried in the City of Elwood Cemetery. Charles E. and Charles V. were first cousins, once removed. Charles E. Julius was the son of David Julius and Amanda Myerly.

Any additional information anyone can provide me regarding Charles V. Julius, including the specific date of his death, the cause of death, his occupation and what that middle initial "V" stands for, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
