Elizabeth
Solomon

Son Capt Richard Joell (Jowell) and wife lived in VA 1734. Certified death record as 1734 and title as Naval Officer. In record books in inventory and appraisal of his estate date 1735. His wife was pregnant when he went to sea and didn't return and, if it was a boy to name him Ratliff. Supposedly lost at sea on THE SHIP THAT NEVER RETURNED which was the name of a song at the time.
Where to you live and where do you come in on this line.??
