I found his marriage certificate to Mary Pitts in Perry Al., in 1828. Also, he and his second wife, Elizabeth, signed their permission on the marriage certificate for his daughter, Emma, to get married at the age of 16, and it is signed Michael M. Miller.
The Miller and Davis clans have been very difficult to trace. I know I also have Indian blood in there somewhere with either Emma or her husband,William Davis,or in both, but can't find the link. If I can get past Michael M. Miller to his parents I'll let you know! I'm looking for any links in either family to try and trace back directly or indirectly.
How late into the 1700's do you go in your listings on the Miller clan? Maybe between the two of us we can find a link.
