Jocelyn (and all other spellings)
In Salt Lake City's Joseph Smith building, operated by the LDS (Mormon) Church,is a book that traces the origin of the Joslin line in America. It dates us all the way back nearly to A.D. 500.The title is "The Jocelyn-Joslin-Joslyn-Josselyn Family" compiled by Edith S. Wessler, and is in their US/Canada "Q" area (for oversized or odd-size books) and is filed under 929.273 -J582w.The ancestry is well-outlined and appears to be well-documented, although I personally cannot vouch for its accuracy.
I hope this helps.Save your pennies and make that research trip because it opens up new generations and teaches us our own exciting history.
