Sussex Co. does not have a reference library. The courthouse in Georgetown has government type records. If you can come to Delaware, your best bet is the Delaware Public Archives. It is across the street from the state capitol in Dover. It's a great place. Just opened a couple years ago and is "state of the art" as archives go. Good luck.
