I was adopted in 1950 and the age of 6 days old. I am looking for my bio. brothers Joseph and Marion Noe, who where not adopted. My adopted father past away in '86 and my adopted mother has dementa and is in nursing home. I was told that Joseph has been looking for me my whole life and my adopted parents would not let me see him... Please, I would appreciate any info, as I am looking forward to finding my family.
