ANTLERS, Okla. – Mrs. Lovie Jordan
Mrs. Lovie Jordan of Antlers died Friday in Oklahoma City Baptist Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Coffey-Mills Funeral Home Chapel in Antlers with the Rev. James Sealey officiating. Burial will be in Antlers City Cemetery.
Mrs. Jordan was born Jan. 31, 1906 a daughter of John William and Mary (Wilkerson) Carter. She was a member of the West Side Baptist Church in Antlers.
Survivors include her husband, Chester; two sons, Billy Ray Jordan of Visalia, Calif. and Alfred Jordan of Oklahoma City; a daughter, Mrs. Edna Watson of Antlers; five brothers, Laverne Carter, Claude Carter, and Velmer Carter, all of Antlers, Bernise Carter of California and Elmer Carter of Sand Springs; three sisters, Mrs. Dovie Allen of Antlers, Mrs. Lorene Martin who lives in California and Mrs. Lillie Crumb of Oregon; eight grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
