James Jolly/Jolley, 1663, Maryland

Has anyone ever came across a James Jolly/Jolley who is listed in the "Old Somerset on the Eastern Shore of Maryland" book by Clayton Torrence. My mother loaned me some copied pages from this book from her research of her Record/Calloway family, and I ran across a listing of Patentees of Land in Old Somerset Area, 1662-1666 that included on page 469 a James Jolley, Jolleys Delight, 700 a., July 20, 1663 as well as another entry on page 472 of a James Jolly, Cobham, 100 a., March 13, 1663. Perhaps you're familiar with Maryland land, but they named their properties which would be the second item in these listings. According to my paternal Heathcott(e) family members, I'm descended from Isham Jolly from John Jolly b. 1746, Pitt Co, NC. Any ideas?

Does anyone know if he's connected?
