Seeking more information on Henry Joiner who was born ca 1815 in Georgia. He and his first wife, Susan (born South Carolina ca 1815) listed on the 1850 Census for Coosa County, Alabama. Children of this couple are Henry Elmore Joiner b. ca 1838, Joseph L. Joiner b. ca 1839, Wiley W. Joiner b. ca 1841, Jonas Marion Joiner b. 1844 and Jane P. Joiner b. ca 1849. Henry Joiner also listed on 1860 Census of Coosa County, but with a different wife C. (Kathrine?) b. ca 1826. Same set of children that were listed on 1850 census are listed on the 1860 census but two more children (probably Kathrine's from a first marriage) also listed (Lea Miles b. ca 1846 and John Miles b. ca 1838) in the 1860 census for this household. Henry Joiner also listed on 1870 Census of Elmore County, Alabama along with his wife Kathrine. I descind through Henry's son, Jonas M. Joiner. Henry and Susan are my G G Grandparents. I would like to know where this couple is buried and would also like to know Susan's maiden name and her parents. Finally, I would like to know who Henry's parents are. Is anyone researching this line? I have a lot of data on the Jonas Marion Joiner/Martha Rebecca White line from which I descind and am willing to share. Thanks.
