The will of W.B.Allen
in the name of God, amen.I, W.B.A llen have this day concluded to make the following distribution of my personal and real estate.First, to my daughter of Elizabeth I give nothing.To, to my son John i give$5. 3, to my daughter Mary Mathilde I give nothing.4, to my daughter Mary Melende's son, Jessa Parham I give one equal portion of my estate.
Five.To my son and James A..Allen I give nothing.
Six.To my daughter Sarah F. Allen ' s to design Lesley and Willis Allen I give one equal portion of my estate.
Seven.To my daughter Siphronia M. Johnston I give one equal portion of my estate.
Eight.To my daughter Candace A.Johnston I givenothing.
Nine.To my daughter Nancy A..Johnston ' s children I give one equal portion of my estate
10.To my son Thomas P. Allen I give nothing.
11.To my son Joshua Allen I give one equal portion of my state taking into consideration $17 which he Joshua of me.
12.To my daughter Pauline C. Mansfield ' s son Green Mansfield I give one equal portion of my estate.
13.To my son Charles H..Allen I give nothing.
14.To my son Wiatt Allen I give one equal portion of my estate
15.To my daughter Susan E..Ford I give one equal portion of my estate
16.PAP to my daughter Lucy W Metzker I give nothing.
17.To my daughter Tampa C. Cary I give one equal portion of my estate.
18.To my daughter Florence L..Walker I give one equal portion of my estate.
19.To my son of Robert G. Allen I give one equal portion of my state over and above, being well paid for taking care of me for the balance of my life.I hereby appoint T.H.Johnston and Robert G..Allen as my executors' to carry out this will according to the law and equity, First paying all my just debt.In testimony where of I here unto to subscribe to this March 9, 1899.W.B.Allen, his x mark.Attest, J.R.Wells,R. State of Kentucky, Muhlenberg County Court, Section.March.25th regular term 1901.The foregoing last will and testament of W.B.Allen this season was at a former term of this court, produced and proven to be the act and deed of said decedent by the oath of John R..Wells one of the subscribing witnesses there too, and at the aforesaid former term of said court, C. H.Allen appeared and accepted to the provisions of said will and the court ordered that said case be continued for hearing of exceptions, and at the March regular term of said court this said Will was again produced in the court and said heirs C.H.Allen and others withdrew their objections and constituted that said will be probated and recorded.Whereupon the said will is judged to be the last will and testament of said decedeantand is ordered to be recorded, which is now done accordingly.Ed.
