I am looking for relatives and friends of Herthel Johnson Ross. She was the daughter of Frank E Johnson and Nellie D Johnson. Herthel was born on March 3, 1903 in Harlan, Nebraska and she died on July 26, 1991. Herthel married William Arlington (Arlee) Ross and they served form many years as missionaries in the Amazon in Brazil. They had no children, but they did adopt a few Brazilian children in Brazil who still live there today.

Mildred Johnson born in Nebraska in 1902
Marie J Johnson born in Nebraska in 1908. Also listed as "Y Marie Johnson" in the 1930 Harlan County, Nebraska census.
