Descendants of Thomas Johns of Wales
We think we have found our roots -- they begin with Thomas Johns from Wales -
his boys --- Joseph, Robert, William, John, James and William came over to
Virginia around 1783 where they landed in Portsmouth VA --
my husband's line looks to be:
1-Thomas Johns - Wales
2-William to Logan County Kentucky
2-John to Orange County North Carolina
2-Robert to South Carolina
2-Joseph to Tennessee
2-James to Illnois
Our line (my husband) appears to be Thomas1, James2, John3, John4, Jasper5,
Leland6 and then Robert7
