INDENTURE OF ENOCH JOHNS, 1860
Lee County, Georgia Recorded September 19, 1860 S.T. Gay Clk
This indenture made & entered into this the twenty eight day of March 1860
between William C. Gill of said County who is the Administator with the will
annexed on the estate of Enoch Johns late of said County deceased of the one
part and Seaborn C. Bryan of County & said State of the other part. Sells
lots 197, 198, and 199 in the Thirteenth Distict of said county all containing
Six Hundred & Seven & a half acres more of less(no sum mentioned) to pay
bills of the estate.

Note: This is believed to be the father of Enoch S. Johns.
