Trying to track Jobes emmigration from Portugal

My family tells me that my great grandparents emigrated to Hawaii from Portugal in the late 1800s. My grandfather is Robert E. Jobes (born in HI). My great grandfather is Robert Jobes (worked in the sugarcane plantation on Oahu, HI) and my grandmother is Emily Jobes (Rocha). I'm trying to find out if anyone out there knows of a Jobes or a Rocha emmigrating from Portugal. Thans for any help you can provide!
