The family is small and the elder are no longer living to help with their memoirs.
My great grandfather was born circa 1840 to 1860 in Helgoland, Germany, an small island in the North Sea.
He was married to Anna Mornitz Joachim.
In Brazil he was a pianos dealer he imported from Germany.
They had two children - Gertrud and Rudolph. Gertrud lived and died in Germany (Hannover) and Rudolf lived and died in Brazil.
Friedrich and Anna returned to Germany by 1915 - 1920 and both died in 1922.
Rudolph (died circa 1966) was married to Luiza Frank Joachim (died 1978). Rudolph and Luiza had the following children - Charlotte, Beatriz, Heinrich, Harold, and Germano.
