Are you sure of the name Harmon? My husband's GGrandfather was Herman and I can't seem to find him anywhere! There's a Henman and a Harmon listed on census in Illinois. Harmon has a wife named Rosa. In 1920 he was 54 and Rosa was 47. His age is right for our Herman. I don't have anything to go on. Herman Ferdinand Joachim is a complete mystery...
