My father's name is Mark Bronshteyn. He was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 1944. I was born in Kishinev, Moldova in 1976. I am looking for information about Mark's grandparents-Mordko and Ghitlea-Mircea Bronshteyns of Moldova, born in 1880s-1890s. I want to know whether anyone has photographs of Ghitlea and Mordko and/or knows maiden last name of Ghitlea. Also does anyone know what happened to Mordko and Ghitlea during World War II? We were told that they died during World War II in the Soviet Union under "unknown" circumstances.

Now about my other relatives. My Belorussian great-grandmother's name was Sheina (Sophya) Slavina. Sheina was born in the 1890s in Rechitsa, Belorus and had three sisters-Dora, Vera, and Gnelya. I am looking for photographs of the Sheina's parents, the name of the Sheina's's mother (first, middle, and maiden ones), photographs of Dora, Vera, and Gnelya, and account of what happened to Gnelya during Holocaust in Belorus. We were told that Gnelya was murdered during Holocaust in her native Belorus. Thank you for your time. My email address is
