Thank-You. I am the grandaughter of Leo's first wife, Sadie who died in 1923 of tuberculosis at the Rutland Sanatorium.
I had an idea that "Gussie" was a sister of Leo's since Rachel (who died in 1925) lived with her and her husband, Max Osgood.
The 1931 Boston city directory indicated that Leo and Harriet, his 2nd wife, had re-located to L.A.. It is my understanding that Leo died in 1935 and is buried in same cemetery as David and Rachel in Boston. My specific questions are:
1) Which sister was Gussie? 2) Did Leo move to L.A. and did he die there? 3)Finally, was Rachel's last name Rosenberg as was listed on the Ma. marriage record in 1913 or Applebaum as is stated on a family tree on Ancestry.com.? Any questions
(above) answered would be so very much appreciated by us,
Leo's grandchildren. Thank You-Bonnie
