Lincoln hospital and home in the Bronx

I am trying to find out information about this hospital and to see if my GGF actually died there. Google is no help. He died there in 1924 but on the death certificate it list someone else's name as his wife, but according to his tomb stone he died the same month, day and year of this certificate. Any information would help
