Rosenfelds, Exilarchs, Chinese Jews

I am trying to trace Davidic or Davidide descents from King David to families such as the Rosenfelds of Berdicheff http://hometown.aol.com/rdavidh218/davidicdynasty.htnl and the family of Yosef Dayan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yosef_Dayan through the Exilarchs http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exilarch and would appreciate any help with this project. One promising website is http://www.loebtree.com/kings.htnl and there are others.
Also I am trying to confirm and trace how the Jews of Kaifeng tie in. The story as I know it is that a branch of the House of David came to China in 1163 from Bagdad during the Islamisation of China. China was Islamised while Kaifeng was Judaised. That they silted up the Yellow River (Huang He) where it flowed past Kaifang in 1163 and that the Jewish prince from Bagdad married a princess of the old Wei kingdom.
The synagogue there certainly dates back to 1163. I also am trying to confirm that there is a society that dates back to this period trying to reestablish the Wei dynasty. Can anyone please help with this?
