Have you tried to establish contacts within London's hasidic community? They certainly would be able to get you in touch with other hasidic Jews in Brooklyn, Bnei Brak or Jerusalem. If you speak Yiddish you will get farther than by speaking English with these people. If you are not Jewish you may find some resistance to cooperating with you in your research. Ultimately, you may have to leave England and go to the places where the Lelover hasidim live to do your research. Quite often these type of projects require a hands-on approach and cannot be done from afar.
