I'm very new to this site/forum but have started an ancestory search.
I've been told that I'm related to Sarah Orne Jewett and want to find out how. I've been coming up blank on many sites and really need help.
My grandfather's name was - William Phineas Nelson Jewett
born l0/17/1890 died 5/20/1960 He was part of the Jewetts that settled in Passaic, NJ.
His wife's name was Susan Simmons Strayer born June 6, 1890 Died November 3, 1963
they were married on June 11, 1911
