The book "Some Descendants Of John Burk (1656-1699) Middlesex County, VA." may be wrong, but it showes that J.C.' (your father), father was Leonard Jessee and that J.C.'s mother was Christa Belle Jones, his first wife.

Leonard's parents were Johnson Jessee and America Collier. Johnson's parents werte Christopher A. Jessee and Mary E#. Johnson. Christopher's parents were Fleming Burk Jessee and Mary "Polly" Browning. Fleming Jessee's parents were Jane Burk and James Jessee. That is where your line goes into the Burk(e) line.
