Hello Ron,
Sydney Hastings Jesse b.1890 is part of my family tree. Sydney's father is John Hastings Jesse, and John Hastings Jesse's father is JOHN JESSE. JOHN JESSE b.1798 England had 2 brothers, Henry and Francis Jesse. I am descended from Francis Jesse.
Sydney Hastings Jesse's sister Marie Eliza Jesse was married to George Barratt. A descendant of theirs contacted me in 2005 from Australia to say they had no idea that JOHN JESSE had two brothers in England. Quite a surprise!
