Hello all,
I just wanted to share what I've found on a branch of my husband's family tree.
I have a record here of a Phena Jerome, sister to Ira Jerome and John C. Jerome, married Henry Stevens (b. in the 1890's in Killingworth, CT - d. 1838 age 44 in Fabius, NY). I believe that they were married in Pompey and later removed to Fabius. They had five children... possibly only one still living in the mid 1870's. Her name was Ann Stevens Wheaton who lived in Fabius as of the mid 1870's. Phena is buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Fabius, next to her husband Henry and her mother in-law Hester Whittlesey Stevens. Phena died in 1864 at the age of 74 (according to her headstone).
